Was plaing with Vue Pro and loaded a couple objects from default objects. A couple were in vehicles named Vessel and Pirogue. When they loaded Vue Pro said it could not find the texture files. I looked in object folder and the files it were looking for were not there. The one for Pirogue was voile.jpg Don't remember the others because here is what I did. I copyed the texture jpgs from my vue 4 vehicle folder to Vue Pro Vehicle folder and it didn't ask next time for the texture file. Just curious if anyone else has noticed the missing texture jpg's. If you don't mind try loading the Vessel and Pirogue and see if Vue Pro ask you for those files. I looked in Vue Pro CD for them but they are missing on my CD. Thanks iloco

If these are objects included in Vue 4pro, you find them on the original CD. If you have upgraded your Vue Pro Copy from Vue 4, you also find them on the Vue 4 original CD. :-)Guitta

They are not in my Vue Pro cd in objects/Vehicle. They are in my Vue 4 Cd in Objects/Vehicle. Were you able to load the Pirogue or Vessel and Vue Pro find the correct textures for these two objects. What I am asking is are they missing from anyone elses Object/Vehicle folder in Vue Pro. Curious why they be missing from mine and maybe not from others. :) I only know about these two objects. There may be more as I haven't tryed all of the default Vue objects. If someone buys Vue Pro and doesn't have Vue 4 will those files be missing.???????? What I am curious about is why they are in the Vue 4 cd and not in the Vue Pro cd. Was it a little slip up from e-on. If that is so then maybe they should be told is reason I am asking here first. :o)

They are missing if you have upgraded from Vue 4. If somebody buys the entire Vu ePro, they will not miss:-), that's one of the differences between an upgrade and a full version:-)

I didn't upgrade from Vue 4. I have both Vue 4 and Vue Pro. I have Vue 4 installed on one computer and Vue Pro installed on another. I bought Vue Pro as a stand alone program and not as an upgrade. "lol" I am not getting my point across very well for some reason. Does anyone have a stand alone Vue Pro, not an upgrade to Vue 4 and is the voile.jpg in your Objects/Vehicle folder.

That is what I thought. That was reason for me asking to see if others may have same problem with some missing texture files in objects in Vue Pro. I wish I had went through all my objects to see if more texture jpg's were missing before copying my Vue 4 Objects to my Vue Pro Objects folder. I do know the Vessel was another object in Vue Pro that some the Texture jpg's were missing from my copy of Vue Pro. Maybe someone else will check and see if they are missing from their objects folder in Vue Pro when they try and load the Vessel or the Pirogue. :o)

I also am running both Vue4 and VuePro. In VuePro, I tried loading the pirogue and the vessel. Loaded with no problem and no messages. In Vue4, I got messages for textures trying to load these and I found the .jpg files in the Samples 1 folder. Anyway, in VuePro, I also found the voile.jpg files in the Samples 1 folder. This is so weird. I found it not in samples one folder but in sample 5 of vue Pro. My Vue Pro is asking for the texture but not my Vue 4 Just opposite from what you have stated. Don't understand why they not in object folder the same as they were in Vue 4. No problem as I have copy from where I found them and put them where they will work without vue asking for them. :o)

I HAVE VUE 4 pro and i get the same problem, some textures missing, and they not on the cdrom either.

What textures ninja??
