Terragen is a free scenery generator that is pretty user friendly. Have you checked it out? Most of the programs also have forums here where there are people who make it much more user friendly then it might appear at first. The Bryce forum can really help you out if you haven't visited it already.World Builder is quite nice (yrt more complex than Bryce)and it does cost between $250-$500, you may want to concentrate on your $80 Bryce. I found Bryce to be second nature, but not everyone likes its interface. I think the best/easiest (retail) programs to start with are Bryce/Vue. Terragen is great, since it is free to render with, (without the higher anti-aliasing features), and it can make amazing scenes. AS

Hello all. I'm a novice artist with the pc and the most experience I've had is with Jasc PaintShop Pro. The most in depth I have been with PSP is multi layered art. I get high from painting desktop wall papers n such. Anyways, I'm looking to take it up a notch and just have recently purchased BRYCE 5. Seems quite complex. Considering purchasing WorldBuilder. Any advice on which is more user friendly to start me off? Would greatly be appreciated. Thanks!
