Thanks for the replies. Kixum: The hard part is not getting the references but that each one is slightly different than the others. Jhon: Zbrush was used to create the background stars and the nebula.

Nice models! How about creating a little depth of field in the image? Blur the planet (while retaining a the stars sharp), blur smaller ship slightly and add a bit of motion to the forward ship. Creating a (false)depth of field will make a good image into an excellent image. Mik'
