Hi I have just borght the 3D Universe Pixie from Daz so I decided to play. Character loaded fine posed fine (only preset poses as yet) and rendered fine. all good you might think except I decided to check if it had a bum map as I usualy do (having only P4 I have to make bum file out of jpeg) this time however the bump file loaded as a jpeg without asking and applied no problem as a jpeg it simply refused to become a bum file, I applied it to a sphere or plane surface still no effect....whats going on? thanks Dave

Um, did you load it as a texmap, or a bumpmap? Just a thought, cuz I've done there, been that. ;=]

I've seen that happen, just convert the image to a Bump!

If you try to load it as a bumpmap (in Poser4) you will be asked if you want to convert it. ;=]
