I dressed up the Preteen as Little Bopeep, and it reminded me of one of my favorite movies, "Toy Story."

I love this little critter. It's so wonderfully expressive.

Though it's not such little critter. Comes in quite large. Like those giant sheep in the "Clive Barker's Undying" PC game! :-D

Anyway, I've been having way too much fun with them. Thank you very much!

Heh I'm glad you like it :o) As for the size... erhm... I guess that's what happens when you forget to use Dr Geep's Scale G. Or when you even forget to use TUE (Trekkie's Unprecise Eyesight) which is when you bring in a Vickie and scale your stuff so it "looks about right". So yeah.. I guess it may be a tad big =o) But so is the Mill. cat, so it's in good company ;o)

Serta is a company that makes mattresses. For beds. In the U.S., they are running a cute series of ads, where a flock of animated sheep interact with live actors. They are "counting sheep" - sheep that you count, trying to get to sleep - that have been put out of work by the purchase of a new, wonderfully comfortable Serta mattress. Don't ask me where that "counting sheep" business came from, but it's an old tradition, at least in this country. Supposedly, if you imagine a series of sheep walking by, and count each one, eventually you will fall asleep. Out of sheer boredom, I assume!

TrekkieGrrrl ( ) posted Wed, 21 January 2004 at 6:45 AM

Hmm Ok :o) Thanks for enlightening me. And counting sheep is common practice here too. Could be interesting to find the etymology for that phrase actually. I guess it is becourse sheep (unless perhaps if you're a shepherd) looks so alike that counting them becomes somewhat of a boring task. And actually counting [something] works for me if I can't sleep. I have yet to reach 50 when I count. But I stopped counting sheep or anything else visual becourse I started to consider how to model them L. So now I just count slowly and BOOM, I'm asleep :o) And please everybody... If/When you make pictures with Sheepie, PLEASE post them in Sheepie's very own gallery over at PlanIt3D, will you? :o)
