it was created in rhino v2, from scetches i did, and this is a poser4 render... the finished .obj file is just over 40meg! :)

geep ( ) posted Sun, 18 January 2004 at 5:37 PM

Very good. It would be small in Carrara or Rhino, if all the tiles were duplicates of one master object. But Poser doesn't allow that AFAIK.

Ya wanna know sumthin' ... ya stare at the sky long enough and it appears that the clouds start to move ... Maybe it's just me old eyeballs ... gettin' tired. ;=-]

some techy specs... blah blah... it was reduced from 250 sufaces to just 16 hence the walls look the same.. the pp2 file is 21meg but zips to a nice 3meg... and.... yep the clouds are moving... and i hear crickets too... and maybe the writing says we need to drink more!! :P

When researching Japanese castles, I noticed that some of them had fish on the tops of the ends of the gables. Is this sort of decoration traditional on other buildings, too? Carolly
