I would maybe tone down the atmospherics a bit. It is space after all. Assuming that the Enterprize is in front of the nebula, it should have more contrast. Also, the non-nebulous space should maybe be darker. Other than that, I think it's great. And, I'm a Trekker too, so why would I rip??

That is not a Nebula. It's part of the explosion. Remember, think in 3D. ;D Thank you for your kind words.

Nice texturing job on the non-Enterprise vessel(s?). I was trying that yesterday and was NOT getting what i wanted. Are you using different shades of grey in the diffusion channel to create that "different metal surfaces" look? Nice image.

bigbadelf, I U/Loaded the mat to my web site. You can DL directly by clicking on the link, (1Mb). I'll keep it there until I need the room. I tweeked it untill I saw what I liked. So you can play with it now. Enjoy and thanks for your C&C.
