Just make a transparency map with an oval over the P4 Female Textures abdomen. Make the oval black and the rest of it white. Feather it, pull the oval to the shape you want, customize it as you wish, and then place the P4 infant into the tummy. *Like Veth here, LOL...NOT!* =P (Been there...done that...twice!) Anyway, just set the transparency for the skin to whatever opagueness you want the visible area to be. I just tossed this one together so you could see. Easier to manage, and you can animate both mother and baby, fade the tummy area, you know, lot's of effects and things. You can even plant organ parts or use a sphere to shape the amnionic fluid sac around the unborn child. Hope this helps. =)
