Subject: Fractals

I remember seeing a tutoral for fractal that you can do with Vue...but I don't remember where I saw it, can anyone help me find one? LOL! Thanks. Jinx

Just bookmarking. I'm new with Vue but I love fractals. Would love to see anything about combining the two.

You can make some rather interesting terrains with fractal image files. Don't really see how else they could be used. John

Here is an idea. Invert a terrain, put your camera looking down and centered over the terrain. Adjusting the terrain material to some type of reflective material and trying different atmospheres can give a fractal type effect. Just a thought. Regards.

You just need a fractal program or a fractal image. Then create a terrain. Double-click the terrain to open the terrain editor. In there click the RESET icon. Then click PICTURE and open your fractal image. For the above terrain I have surimposed 3 different fractal pictures.

To create fractals I use the Julia set explorer included in my Corel paint.
