Subject: Netscape always says "Document has moved"

Is it just me or is anyone else having a problem with their Netscape browser always showing a "FOUND - The document has moved here" message? M$soft IE works just fine.

...it only happens when I'm trying to view Renderosity. It works just fine viewing other sites. (I'm not pointing fingers, just not sure why it's happening).

No, it's not just you. I thought it was just me-LOL!! Been happening a few days now, just this site. I can get in the marketplace in NS but nowhere else unless I use IE. Arleen

Yes, same here - past couple of days. I'd tried everything I could think of; cleared cache, cookies, checked and changed my preference settings (thought the kids or my wife maybe had changed them), all made no difference. Kind of a bummer though. I much prefer Netscape over IE. :}

Someone brought this up to me in the last few days... Not sure what the issue is.. It might be a browser issue more than a site issue, cause I have the same problem on other sites

Delete your cookie file and sign in again.

I had done this twice without success, so today I went into the cookie file and searched for Renderosity and deleted just those entries and now I'm back in business. Yaaay!! Thank you JeffH. Arleen

:) Deleting the cookie and re-logging in fixed it! Thanks.

I've been unable to reach Renderosity any which way since Friday - and I'm using Internet Explorer!! I will try the cookie file trick. I'm having to write this from my Dad's house on his computer. Only Renderosity is affected. No problem with other sites. I thought I was getting blocked because of MyDoom virus or something. :-(
