This is a very good start on a great image...a little more dirt on the cement, and it should extend to the street(highway). Space your utility poles a little farer apart, and eliminate the one directly in front of the gas tanks. Some foliage on the far side of the street will break up the geometry of the image and add interest. Grunge on the tanks will also lend some reality to the scene, just a few suggestions. You are on the right tract....:)

Like Zhann says re dirt, utility poles etc......also, it would be interesting to have a viewpoint where you can see down the road, for miles and miles of nothingness across a flat plain, with the gas station as the only thing in sight! I kinda like the fact that there's no foliage, and it's all so flat :)

Here is my first work in Bryce, done in Bryce 3D with premade objects. Just something for fun, I created it three years ago, then I left for a while to study hard.
