Hi there I remember when the poser character formulas gallery began. I thought it was a great idea and there where some great formulas to use. I just checked it out for the first time in a while and not many of the images seem have formulas with them anymore. It seems to have turned into another poser gallery and product showcase. Now I love seeing good poser images and new products but I think it would be better to keep this gallery as originally intended. any opinions on this anyone.

I wonder if people simply forgot that it was there or what it was for? I don't know. I'm just speculating. The other thing is that some people create new characters which they intend to sell so they may not be willing to give away the forumlas. Still, just speculating.

It is a shame that happened to it. I thought it was a good idea till it went that way. I had a couple to load up, I don't have a site, but thought that it had changed format. Figured there was no point, just get buried in the "Show me yours and I'll show you mine so we can OOh and Ahh each other to death." Nothing wrong with that, I had just thought it was one place to share what we had. Guess I was wrong again. Not the first time, won't be the last. Don't get me wrong on the Ooh's and Ahh's. I like to give and recieve them myself.

At present, there are some unrelated images in that section, but they will be moved so that this gallery can be used as the resource it was intended to be. Shoshanna

Some? The first 5 pages, not 1. I stopped after that due to dial-up. I did see a couple that said you can get the tex in free stuff, that's cool. What is the point of the other 58?

it does seem to have got confused as to its perpose, maybe it will get back on track at some point. It was a nice resorce for a while. May be it needs a clearer message somewhere that images should have a formula with them for that gallery.

The oldest image in the "Characters Formula" section that is "misplaced" is dated July 6, 2003.

When the Character Formula Gallery started, there were a few other posts besides mine, but I stop posting when the first three pages contained no formulas and the next two contained only mine. That was six months ago and this is the first time anybody noticed. At the time I considered deleting all of my posts. I dont think there is enough participation to make this gallery worth while. I know I wont post any more formulas.

Sounds to me more like the gallery needs more clarification and mreo "publicity" than anything else. It could work and people do want that, even if they don't realize it. Y'all should market the gallery a little more. I think you'd get a good response then. IMHO. Boni

To be honest, I forgot all about it until this post. I don't visit the gallery much, cause I don't have the time to view it due to the volume.

The Poser/Character Formula gallery is now pretty much cleared out of all the mis-posted images and everyone who had posted there incorrectly has been sent an im to explain why. There may be a couple of images still there that shouldn't be, but they will be moved out of that sub category by the weekend as well. Shoshanna.

And people are still posting images w/ no formulas. Mabye a notice on main page for the Poser Gallery would help get the word out?
