Subject: Filter suggestion

I wonder what filter effect or tutorial will give me this effect (see link below)if I do it to a photo I have of a similar view I took in France. http://www.psoles.com/details/louvredetail.html

You can try all the 'artistic filters' in PS on different layers with copies of the photograph and experiment with layer blend modes. If you are on Mac, Studio Artist is worth checking out (but that is another stand alone program), but here are some tutorials: http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/photoshopphotoart/

Filter>texture>texturizer you can get that effect by messing around with that filter

Fantastic Machine's "Paint Engine" could probably get you something close...with a little dial tweaking.
