HELP!!! I just ordered Michael the Millenium Man and I got a receipt to my email confirming the order. Before I could download it, my browser crashed and I didn't get that download page. Where can I go to download it? Normally I get another email saying if you haven't download it in time go to...and they provide a link for downloading. I never received that. Man, do I feel stupid and I am even more anxious. Please advise. Thanks, Eric P.S. Zygote is closed of course.

Eric, You should get another email with "Online Order Download Information" as the subject. The links for the downloads are contained in that letter. If you don't receive it, you'll probably have to contact Zygote on Monday. Marybeth

How soon does it normally take to get that letter?

I have the exact same problem than ericwestray. I is a big mistake from zygote to release the millenum man on Friday night or Saturday morning without service. They knew that this will happen like many of us. A lot of us are anxious about that but zygote sleep until monday. Already their site is very slow in normal situation, you can imagine with the millenum man, they get overbooked. Very bad move from them. As far as I know their three or four last releases were a FLOP for me. Claude

Eric .. they normally send it off right away ... I got mine within minutes .... And I have never had anything but good downloads really. Kinda slow sometimes but mostly really quick. That and there service has always been excellant .. Even when the goof was mine.

I am also having Eric's problem. I ordered Millenium man but my Browser did not crash. The link was NEVEr provided on the order page...so I decided to wait for the download email....its been 3 hours =(

I had the same problem - it crashed after processing my order. all I had to do was sign in and click on the "order history" button and then click on the link for today's order and there it was. So, if you have set up an "account" with Zygote, that's all you need to do. Kate

Same with me. I just got a page saying that my order had been processed, but no URL to download my order. I also got email confirming my order, but again no URL download. I replied to that email explaining the problem and have yet to hear from them.
