I need some help on doing this. If anyone has been to my gallery let, you'll find one of my pictures of Viky 3 as an anime vampire. I need help on getting better.

It looks like a good start. What I liked about it was that the edges of the color zones are smooth, unlike what other guys get in "cartoon-with-line" mode, where the edges are jagged, following the polygons they intersect. One thing you could try is to do the postwork in APS or PSP. Increase the contrast between the light and dark color zones. Use whatever edge-selection tool you have to draw 1-2 pixel brown or black lines around the edges of each object. Make the lines thicker next to dark colors and thinner next to light colors. Taper the lines if possible, using a vector-graphics drawing technique.

Good. You wanted some constructive critics? Its hard to do. Maybe its become bad if you follow them. You may think more about the face expression and maybe the contrast, darker skin or maybe something in the background. Its unclear if you want her looks scary, sexy or cute. Simple as you do it is good for toon render, so do not ad props if not necessary.
