Making a terrain look real has a lot more to do with textures, atmosphere and lighting than anything else. There are good tutorials on all these subjects all over the web. Here, at Peter Sharpe's site (www.petersharpe.com), at Brycetech (www.brycetech.com), there's some good stuff at Wolfie's Den (www.wolfiesden.com). Really, just do a google search for "Bryce Tutorial" and dive in.
Could be worse, could be raining.

Hi Guys, I'm really new at Bryce. Iv'e seen some really beautiful quality terrains in the gallery. I tried to make them and they always turn out dull and fake looking. Any tutorials you can suggest for beginners?
