I'm having problems accessing the Market place. Anyone else having a similar problem ? Been trying to purchase ODeathofLife's Toon Ponies, but no matter what I try, I can't get them to appear in my Shopping cart. I've tried the tips given mentioned in the item "Increased Site Security and Login Issues" on the home page of R'osity, but no joy. I've logged out, then in..no luck, deleted Renderosity cookies and re-logged in again - still same result. Any Hints ?

Worst case scenario you can always ask a admin or mod for a phone number or place an order through email and have them put it in your account..

Looks like I jumped the gun on this..despite a message telling me that I had "0 items in Cart'..the order WAS processed. Apologies to all - :)

Hi Cherlye - long time no see :) GonWaki is one of our new Mods and he is doing an outstanding job - thank you so much for your understanding and consideration in helping us out :) As to the thread being moved to this forum - it is fine, as members having a problem getting into the marketplace could be perceived as a Community problem - not just a marketplace issue :) Thanks again for your input, I know you were just trying to be helpful :) Dee-Marie

just playing devils advocate here, but when a thread is moved, it just sorta disappears from the original forum, maybe, since he didn't see this forum to ask the question in, he won't find it to find the answer either?
