When producing a set of clothing I like to include many of the morphs to match the base figure. The current project is a collection of 18 pieces with a total of about 240 morphs. Anything that can speed up their production is highly valued. I am therefore very happy to give a big thumbs up to the new utility by MarkDC. It is a plugin for Max. It allows you to load a CR2 file into Max, work on it with all the Max tools, then save it back as a CR2 file complete with all morph channels. It even creates the Full Body Morph, plus the injection channels if you so wish.

I use a number of tools to create morphs, amongst them, Truespace, Max, Tailor, and Morph Master Pro. I am very pleased to add MarkDC's PMorph tools for 3DS Max to my tool set.

I agree Phil, I picked this up last week and used it to create facial morphs for a project and it worked like a charm. If you have Max and are using it to make alot of morphs for Poser, it's well worth the price. Nice work MarcDC. :).

Thanks for the review Phil - I never knew you used Max. Looking to forward to your new release, now. ;)

thanks, phil. i was wondering how does it perform. one thing is still unclear to me: does it keep the existing morphs from the old cr2?

Yes it does. I found it to be very user friendly. I did a save after completing each morph and opted to have it make a back up of the original then overwrite the existing file. Very safe, very controlable.
