Subject: How to do P4 mesh decimation in 3DSM??

Hey looking for an answer to an all consuming question how can I decimate a figure, or more specifically figure parts in 3D Studio Max R3? I've tried decimation in Amorphium (which does a great job on an entire figure but with no controls), as well as Ray Dream. I've heard tale that 3DSM can decimate but I'm not sure how. Any hints?

use the Optimize mod. Works as well as can be expected.
