The original template lays out like this. With today's techniques perhaps a remaped version may fix some texture streaching?

lol ewwwwww. I am embarrassed by the old mapping. I don't quite remember the mapping being this bad though. I wonder if it had been changed at some point. The wings were planer lastI remembered. :(

This is the way it opened in UVMapper, all I did was save it with colors and lables..... Here's the original texture (shrunk for posting). ...I think Dragon V2 was done different however...

Well I guess it was that bad. tisk tisk. The Dragon V2 maps were done in Painter3D. I really miss that program.
