The link to the picture that aprilrosanina created didn't work so I'm trying again.A bit more information. These textures are broken into 5 main categories:
Fabric - A wide variety of fabric 'types', patterns, trims and colors. The example in the Sampler pack is the lace texture.
Floor/Wall - These are textures that look a bit smoother, some have weathering applied to them, and usually involve geometric patterns. Examples in the sampler include the 'darkstone-diamond' texture (which also shows weathering effects) and 'ethereal-demon'. The latter is part of a subset of quite a few textures I created, that I felt had a demon/dragon look to them.
Glass - These textures just looked like glass to me, and an example is 'purple_glass_diamonds' in the sampler.
Wood - Self explanatory enough. This category has the fewest textures so far and have various amounts of weathering applied. An example in the Sampler is 'Weathered_Wood'.

I hope to be able to post packs of 50 textures apiece, separated into: 1. Fabrics 2. Wall/Floor/Wood 3. Glass 4. Miscellaneous Look for the first pack (Fabrics most likely) this weekend, and perhaps a second one. Pricing will likely be $5 a pack. I may create a larger 'sampler' of the ones I consider to be the best for those who want more variety in a pack, also for the marketplace.

Below I have a picture showing the five textures in the sampler set I have up in my free-stuff section on this site. This is a prelude to posting full texture sets in the Marketplace but figured I'd let people try these out, and get an idea whether they're worth it to them to pay for. I will probably be posting the first marketplace items over the weekend.
You might also want to check out aprilrosanina's gallery where she's posted a http://www.renderosity.com/viewed.ez?galleryid=611310&Start=1&Artist=aprilrosanina&ByArtist=Yes
that shows one texture in the sampler (the lace on the shirt) and a couple that will be in the marketplace items.
She is my collaborator in this endeavor and I've invited her to post some quick renders that she's previously created (as well as anything else) in this thread.
Comments very welcomed from anyone who tries the sampler.
