I'm doing a new set for M3 (tentativly called "Street Wizard"), and want to include some jewelry with it. I've come up with 11 ideas for pendants, but I need one more for an even dozen. Any ideas or suggestions for improvement?

Five-pointed star/pentagram?

Funny you should say that. I did one and have it ready. I'd gotten some feedback on it saying that the point shouldn't be down because of dark magic connotations. I am going to include it, but it'll be the 13th to make a baker's dozen. I thought 13 would be appropriate for it (grin). Here's a pic of most of the set with the texturing. I've still got some work to do on it, as well as adding more textures. Texture set one is "1968" (I'll be adding granny glasses); set two is "Old Town Gothic"; three is "Fire and Fury". There will also be the infamous red velvet set that I'm going to call "Bedroom". The middle body texture is my own (rather simple one) that I may include in the package. I'm also working on a tight hair prop and a jeans texture set and an animal print texture set. The clothing will all have tone and muscular 1 morphs. The pants have loose bellbottoms, bellbottom, boot fit shins and a lowrider morph that takes them pretty darn low. 3 different shirts and boots and slippers too. Probably a couple of rings. And the staff and dagger too. I almost called this set "Belly button clothing for M3"

If a pentagram isn't to your taste (that's a lot of baloney about the point being up or down - the points refer to Earth, Fire, Water, Air and Spirit - nothing evil about any of 'em!) then make a pentacle instead. It's a pentagram with a circle around it. A pentacle has no evil connotations in any religion. For wizard pendants you'd have been better off going with magickal or alchemical symbols. The only one of yours shown above I've ever seen used in any magickal rites is the ankh. Any runes would also be considered 'wizardy'.

The only thing that comes to mind is the ram's horn or hound's tooth - I can't remember what it was called but it was pretty popular for awhile, I'll see if I can find a pic of it.

Xena, I have 7 tattoos of Norse runes on my right shoulder, and I didn't even think of them. Looks like there will be more than 12 pendants in the package. Well, I do believe in giving the customer their money's worth. Here are the next 6.

LOL @ the runes. They turned out great :)

I like the way that you've flared the ends of the crosses, and think the same effect would enhance the ankh. I'd imagine that this set would sell even better if you could make the compatible for both M3 and V3. I can see M3 wearing the female/female symbol, but it would look better on a woman. ;-) Great work, Jim! Dean

Maybe I should save some of them for a Street Witch set for Sptehanie Petite or V3... Now to work on the chains...

...to go with the pendants. I also decided to include a lock (no key though). These are all quite a bit larger than the final. They're just prototypes for the final two I'll do (and a cord). The texture on M3 is the new Carlos Forte for P5 converted to M3 via the UTC. Quim does great work. Hair is by Rubio.

To add a bit to the pentagram info - In pagan religions/paths, the inverted pentagram is a symbol of spirit being infused into the physical. The majority of the general populace is not aware of this interpretation, but they are aware that the inverted pentagram is the official symbol of the Church of Satan (established in 1966), and it is from the latter the symbol is most usually viewed as a sign of evil. Keep up the good work; this looks like it will be a very interesting package.
