Hi. I'm new to the poser forum. I usually lurk around the Bryce forum, but have begun work on an animation project. Does anybody know where I can get a poseable rat. I'm creating a rat man creature for my animation. Thanks for your help. Pedrith

Daz3d, has a mouse....I don't know if that'll help any.

Ask me a question, and I'll give you an answer.

Daz also has a Rat somewhere on their site. Do a search for it:-)

JT put a mouse up in freestuff a week or two ago. Do a search and see if it's still there.

Avoid the DAZ rat. It is one of their earliest characters and is not very posable, not very morphable, not very flexible... and doesn't even have decent textures available to cover the plastic. (I wouldn't give it to my cat.) The House Mouse is too cartoony for my tastes but does have a lot of expression and personality. Since he stands upright already, he would be a good start for a ratman. I think the handsomest rat is a labrat at 3dup.com. About 100K polys, and 3ds format only IIRC. I've downloaded JTrout's mouse and chipmunk but haven't tried them out yet. Carolly
