"Membership at Renderosity has been growing at an incredible rate! In order to assist the moderators and administrators of the site to not only fulfill their many tasks, but also to continue evolving Renderosity into the paragon of online art communities, we are pleased to introduce Renderosity Coordinators. Coordinators will work closely with both the moderators and admins. It is an entirely new team within the site, created on an invitation basis. We're excited to have the new team to work with as we grow the site. Very soon you will begin to see members in the new role of Coordinator. Please help them feel welcome! And thanks for making Renderosity the #1 online artists' community." _____ This is in response to a question someone posted concerning how to become a Renderosity Moderator/Coordinator. I'm sorry that the information is so sparce, but it is all I could find. The part about "invitation basis" seems to imply some ability to suck up, or at least carry on a civil partnership with the existing staff. The job comes without pay, and with little honor. There is plenty of actual work involved. As with most jobs, there is no authority, and one can influence events only to a certain extent. My personal advice to anyone (aspiring to such a lofty position of power) is to help out here in any way you can. Offer to do tutorials. Suggest great ideas for Monthly Challenges. Be a voice of reason and knowledge in the threads. You too could have this job! Or at least be a little better person because of your actions.

Well i don't care about not getting paid or honour. I'd just love to get involved in something like this and i think i could offer some good ideas for challenges and even help out finding new ways to improve the community here on renderosity. Also i think this would be a great way to become acquanted with everyone here. I'd love to help you guys( and girls if you think that 'guys'is only representing the male category' lol) Greetings Chris
