Subject: Tim Choate It is Edgenet's turn to show good Will.

Dear Tim Choate From Edgenet Inc. As a neutral part of this dispute and as a member of the big poser community, I belive this is the right moment to show how good will does Edgenet has for the poser community. How can you do that? Well it is very simple. Give the Poserforum.com domain back to their original owners, that will be the greatest proof of good will from Edgenet to the poser community. Renderosity is very well known and I guess it will not loose anything if you give it back the domain name. Well this is just a suggestion from a member of a community that really wants to see both sites to grow as they are doing it. Thanks in advance for your attention to this message. Best Regardings Benigno "Virus" Ferndez

Ben, you're one of my best online Buds, but you do have it all wrong. No need to rake this stuff up again, please? The original owner was ALWAYS Roy Riggs, and no one else. -Jeff H.

Well Jeff: The fact that we are good online friends is not oposite to have some different point of views from time to time Jeff. Yes I know Roy bought the domain, but where did he took it? From Willow's original Idea to make a Poser related discussion board, the site that Willow builted was the Poserforum, then roy bought the domain and we all know what happened after. This is just a call for Edgenet to show how good will they have for the poser community, I'm not trying to fan the flames again, I'm just suggesting something to Edgenet People, They gonna need to clean they name after this last matters. Well that's my very personal point of view, and I'm not tryting to get it back old disputes, it is just an Idea I got. Best Regardings Virus

Virus - That's not an unreasonable idea and is one that might lend itself to a community vote. Seems the options are: 1. Retain poserforum.com and use it to grow this community 2. Create a neutral poser portal which would jump to all Poser related sites 3. Assign the poserforum.com domain to the PFO I'm curious how others feel about putting this up for a binding vote by the members?

Tim: Great Answer, If you set a poll system to determine the Poserforum.com fate in the hands of the community, that will be very good. That way there will be not doubt about what to make with it. This a very reasonable proposition, and you get my all respect for it. Let's do the vote thing. One last reflection about the vote system. The votation has to be 100% clear and it has to let all the community members to express freely their willing. The Idea sounds really good. Best Regardings.

I would vote that the Poserforum.com domain name be used in a neutral site that is a portal site, wherein all who have a valuable resource for Poser Users, have sites listed. Perhaps it could also be set up to be one of those cute Rings that the net is full of too. Otherwise, it would rather take the air out of the balloons to give it back to Willow and PFO. One less thing to fret over, worry about, have to respond to, etc, in the coming days ahead. Roy Riggs did pay for it. He does own it. That is not even debatable in my opinion.

Wonderful idea, gee why didn't Ed or I think of them, why haven't we been asking for something along those lines since day one after talking to Willow and Grey... or even posed that idea to Zygote and CL... Hmmm... ::sarcasm intended:: Personally, Tim, though commendable if you do two of these ideas, it's still viewed by myself, whom I consider a member of the Community still, as "Damage Control", it sort of takes the true spirit out of giving it back to the Community, when it is done in that fashion... Just my thoughts. Jack

Jack: "Wonderful idea, gee why didn't Ed or I think of them, why haven't we been asking for something along those lines since day one after talking to Willow and Grey... or even posed that idea to Zygote and CL... Hmmm..."" Answer: Becuase you are always full of ideas, specially those ideas from your very own. Your orignality always blinds me. Someday I want to be like you. Just in casse you didn't understood it: Sarcasm achieved.

Ben, Roy purchased the domain name for the communtiy. I was there on the staff when he did it. I know. The rest we can talk about in private. Talk to you soon. -Jeff H.

Ben, I am not interested in having a pointless debate with you or a pissing match, neither is beneficial to the Community and would only paint a bad situation worse. I have always valued you, even though we were unable to see eye to eye, even though I couldn't with you, I didn't attack you. So I don't completely understand where your hostility stems from, nor do I care to debate it with you at this point. Perhaps when things settle down and everyone isn't "hot around the collar" and can talk in a gentleman fashion, I would be more than willing to do so then. I am sorry, but now isn't the time, and here isn't the place. Peace, Jack
