This was done with Carrara, PSP6, Poser, and Bryce. I used P. Mason's improved Jeep & other 3Dcafe DL's There are 80 some lights in this + a fog layer = long render time.

The street and sidewalk textures could use a bit of work, but it's very nice all in all. I like the perspective distortion
