OK, you all got me fired up. I'm seeing some GREAT Judys in the gallery lately, and here's something that will make the task even more fun!!!

I posted another message to see if there was interest in a morph pack for P5 Judy. Renders of all of the included morphs are in the other thread (link included).

Carolly suggested I run a contest, and the winner will win the morph pack when it's released. There are well over 100 different face morphs in this pack, closer perhaps to 150 new and different morphs for Judy. I was going to call the morph pack "Real Judy" ... but that is kind of boring, isn't it?

Anyway, here is a render of a character that I did, using ONLY the morphs in the package that I created.
I used StephyZZ's "Breath Generation Gaia", a nice plain texture, so that the morph could speak for itself. But this gal needs a name. So far she is in the CR2 as "Contest Girl." The best character name wins the Morph Pack. 8-)

At the same time, if you have any face morphs that you wish you had for Judy, you can request them here.

Do you want a name for just one character? How about a name for the whole packet? Try "The Changling" or "Selena Shape Shifter". Either one shows the ability for more than one face. DTW; the one shown is beautiful.

Let me introduce you to my multiple personalities. :)

Almost Human: Judy Reborn I was going to use the Almost Human line for my work with V2, M2 and Steph1 to make them have more eye variety, but Rendero didn't like the M2 version and rejected it. Deecy, she looks great, I have to say. Your gal right there has more character than most V3 characters I've seen. The only thing Judy needs now is an updated facial geometry of sorts to allow for transmapped eyebrows, and an update to the V3 maps. :)

Oooh, keep 'em coming folks! I'm liking the names so far. 8-) As for a product name, I thought of a funny one, as a play on the "Judy is an alien" belief. How about "Morphin' Mindy"? ROFLMAO

LonCray ( ) posted Wed, 10 March 2004 at 1:25 PM

How 'bout Judith? Dunno why, she just looks like a Judith to me, and it harkens back to the base figure!

DCArt ( ) posted Wed, 10 March 2004 at 1:40 PM

She reminds me ever so slightly of the girl on "Six Feet Under" ... Lauren Ambrose, who plays Claire Fisher. It wasn't intentional, but when I put that red hair on her that was who I thought of. 8-) I'll keep watching the thread till midnight tonight ... and will announce my pick afterwards. 8-)

As a long-time fan of Jenny Jones, I'd like to suggest "From Geek To Chic".

LonCray ( ) posted Wed, 10 March 2004 at 3:03 PM

We've got a radio newscaster here in the DC area with the first name Judalyn - at least I think that's how it's spelled!

DCArt ( ) posted Wed, 10 March 2004 at 3:10 PM

I'd like to suggest "From Geek To Chic". ROFLMAO!!!!! SOOOOOOO tempting!!!!

mathman ( ) posted Wed, 10 March 2004 at 3:56 PM

I hope the Jenny Jones show doesn't have a copyright on the "Geek to Chic" phrase :)

Fashionably_Late ( ) posted Wed, 10 March 2004 at 5:45 PM

Well it was more your idea than mine, but I think Claire would be a good name for her. A few others I thought of are Leigh, Ella, Haley, Tessa. Molly hasn't been used in the MP... Molly Morph Pack for P5 Judy? lol I'm not egotistical, really I'm not. Or Trudy, if you wanted to go for a cheesy rhyming scheme! ~ Molly

All of you!!! As a gesture of appreciation for your participation in this thread, I decided that ALL of you who submitted suggestions will get a copy of this set. I will incorporate as many of the names as I can to character faces ... and, one by one, BluEcho, thanks so much for the compliment on the character. I really did like the name Selena Shape Shifter, but I kinda got stuck on "Morphin' Mindy" already. So, I will create a character named Selena. She sounds like a mystical gal to me. Fashionably Late, I like TWO of those names ... Leigh and Haley. I'll go with those. Khrys also gets an honorable mention for "Almost Human: Judy Reborn. She's gonna get a copy. Lon Cray, I do like Judalyn. That character will be for you. 8-) Pokeydots - I like Ruby, and hum afterwards, "Don't take your love to town" with that name. You get her! R&RWoman - You were my first pick with "Aubrey". It fit the above character so well, that will be her name. Love it! Mathman ... for the BEST character set name that really gave me a chuckle. I was so tempted to use it, but was concerned about the copyright thing as you said. But, dang, thanks for the laugh! LOLOLOL So, if each of you could IM me your email addresses, I will send you links to download when she is ready. Thank you SO much for your help with this. 8-) Dee

Oh! Thanks so much - I never won anything here before!

RnRWoman ( ) posted Thu, 11 March 2004 at 9:25 AM

This is really kewl news! I'm glad you like the name "Aubrey." It reminds me of a 70's tune (I think?) by Bread called "Aubrey." I'm glad you say it fits one of your characters! Always glad to help out! Thank you for asking our opinions and for letting us each have a copy of your super kewl product! God Bless and have a great day! ~RnRWoman~

Thank you. I'm pleased that you liked the name Selena was a name I considered for a character for V2 but I'm doing a different set and am using a few othewr names instead. BTW: this was fun! :0)
