Sometimes I just want to stand on my roof and just freaking scream. Took a year and a half, but finally get into the Form and Figure/Photographing the Nude class. Well, no ... got a call today that it has been cancelled. I give up ... I really do just give up. I'll do it all my freaking self. sigh -=>Donald

awwwe... so sorry to hear it... wonder why? they give you a rain check for the next class? hugz "do it myself"... so you're going to be your own model? o.O! we'll help you critique :]

Look at it that way: they do have high standards to whom the allow into that class. The others weren't good enough and for you alone ... ;-) Sad to hear that Donald!!

I feel your pain. When I was in college, my school cancelled my major - photography - when I was in my third year.

Bummer. Try getting some models and just practice. I doubt they could teach you much you don't already know!

Thanks guys ... group hug all around. Thanks for letting me get it off my chest. I'm done feeling sorry for myself (hey, there are a lot more real problems in life to worry about). I did engage my brain and thought I'd go for a different approach. I wrote to Patricia Ridenour and we've exchanged a few e-mails. Nothing is final yet, but it looks like she may take me on in an independent study capacity so it would basically be me working on my form & figure photography under her direct one-on-one guidance. Now that would be cool. Will see. -=>Donald
