Heres a new version of the Horizont from Robotech. I think the texture is alright but if you have suggestions let me know.

The only thing I would alter is maybe he glass , make it more reflective but keep the opacity and it should shine brighter than it does already. I'm very happy to see another Robotech fan , especially one that models! I remember you're the one I sent that Cyclone Bike to months ago. Check out my next project , it's only like 5% right now but here's a drawing of it. I'll post images of the mesh later. www.geocities.com/quikp51/gamo2.jpg Also go here to I think the Borg section and dl the texture pack by Marlin Studios , it contains a crap load of nice Borg and non-Borg maps that maybe useful to you. Enjoy it my friend! The site belongs to my firend Magma. http://isdb.3dworlds.org/news.html

I was a huge fan of Robotech when I was younger! I remember buying one of the Transformers (I think it was Jet Star) because it looked exactly like the Varitech (SP) fighters from the Macross series. Anyway .. . count me in as another fan! I wish I had some reference material I could work from. I don't even have the series on VHS anymore (the VCR ate it) Anyway, this looks great! keep up the good work.
