is this any way to treat a poor defenceless monitor?

That's just not right ... not right at all ... oooooo All pity choked with custom of fell deeds: And Trinitron's spirit, ranging for revenge, With Ate by its side come hot from Hell, Shall in these confines with a monarch's voice Cry 'Havoc,' and let slip the dogs of war! For 3 days now, I have had Shakespeare stuck in a almost continous loop through my head. I have no idea why, but at least I've found a use for it.

yeah but at least Shakespeare makes more sense than Lewis Carroll's Jabberwocky:
T'was brillig in the slithey tove
And gyre did gimble in the wabe
All mimsey was the boroughgrobe,
And the moms wrath did outgrabe....
This has been running through my head for near on 35 years and you think you have problems?

35 years is a long time to be dealing with it...that poor monitor.
