Might not be the style you want, but there's a pair at this site. Also lots of grat shoes for Vicky.

BecSchm link is one of the best sites for free shoes...but you should be able to fit most any Vicky shoes to the preteen as the mesh is based on Vic2.

Generally Vicki shoes work fine - a little scaling and tweaking is all you need to do. :] Fish
