Dear pidjy, I cannot quite say that I can feel your pain, but I have witnessed the sting of cancer from several friends and family members. The mother of one of my best friends has breast cancer, and she and her family are struggling through it with all of the courage and determination they can muster. My own Grandfather is suffering from bladder cancer, and despite his age, his cheerful and energetic spirit gives him the strength to wake up every morning, ready and willing to take on the world. The mother of another best friend, who has lived across the street from me for seven years now, has suffered the harsh brutality of cancer, too. Her hope gave her the fortitude to see this matter all the way to it's reluctant end. She is alive today, cancer-free, and happier than ever. Another one of my best friends himself is enduring the grim affliction of skin cancer. His humorous and enlightening attitude is all that he needs to pull him through every day wearing a smile. He shows us every day that laughter truly is the best medicine. I hope that these stories have put a smile on your face. Remember, even the littlest smile on your face will put the biggest smile on ours. We here at Renderosity wish you all the courage, determination, cheerfulness, energy, hope, humor, and enlightenment in the world, and more. Remember that there's no such thing as "I don't have a chance to get through it." There's ALWAYS a chance. Please, remember that, for us. For all of us. And to quote a type of greeting card I saw recently, "Get well soon." And to quote everybody here at Renderosity, "See you soon." And finally, if you're thinking about The Man Upstairs, remember that there are lots of prayers from the people here that are wishing you the very best, and they are comin' His way! You really are in our prayers, Elliott

I am so sorry to hear about this. I will be adding my positive thoughts along with the others. And I'll also chime in; never give up hope. We're all here cheering along with your fight. Britt
