It may be just a question of differing styles....but looking at the nominees' galleries it seems to me that Bryce is way the most useful/flexible of the 3 software packages. I just can't understand why, if a company considers Vue worth developing, the same doesn't apply to Bryce :( The comparisons aren't quite fair on Terragen, since it's purely a landscape generator.

Actually hadn't thought of the Terragen issue, pogmahone. Maybe next year the PTB should consider lining it up with artmatic and mojoworld for the AOM thing (or can mojo and artmatic do more than landscapes - I don't know that much about them?).

Can artists only win or be nominated once? I'm surprised a few of those haven't been nomiated before.

I always wondered who or how they CHOSE the artists for AOM.....?

The Staff chooses. (Admins, Mods, Coord's) The Admins ask us for nominations. I put up a list of 13 Brycers. ;o) Later, the various lists (Bryce, Vue, Terragen) are narrowed down by Admins, then given back to us to further narrow that down, etc. Until we have just a few in each program catagory. *An artist can only be AOM for one time during the year. Those artists who have won this title during the current year will not be included in the voting for a new AOM. AgentSmith
