THE PLACE FOR ALL THINGS BRYCE - GOT A PROBLEM? YOU'VE COME TO THE RIGHT PLACE

Subject: The Rochr Fad

If it was only that... for the past weeks I've been banging my head against the wall trying to figure out a way to model and render a futuristic city. It's like the chess set and the sword, everyone does it, everyone goes through it. It would seem, from the looks of the most recently uploaded pics in the Bryce section, that I'm not the only one. Great job to those who have done so, some incredibly realistic and truly imaginative views of the future world! drac

Chess set and city..... er. OK, I'm guilty. I guess these things are a fad and go in waves. You see a great picture and you want to recreate it and then find out that you don't have the skill. OK, maybe just me then.

My council has advised to refuse to answer that question on the grounds that it may incriminate me. Plus, I'm one of the few people that don't own Vicky.

drawbridge, I don't have Vicky either. But I do have a sword. Several of them, actually. Maybe I could do a Naked Sword in the Temple pic? :-)

My entire gallery has been...a fad? (goes into a dark corner to cry and plot revenge with the help of several furry woodland creatures)

Ya'll latch on the first thing wanders by and hunker down on it like a tick on a coon hound... (Alabama humor) But seriously folks, if you really think you are so affected (as opposed to just making a sidebar reference) you may have fallen into the pattern of thinking too 'visually' and not 'conceptually'... Gotta go get back to my naked Viki with a sword playing chess in a futuristic city outside a curch with abstract metaballs and stained glass windows concept.

lol. Hehe

Rochr ( ) posted Sat, 10 April 2004 at 5:45 PM

Hmm...was really thinking of leaving the citybuilding, and move towards nude Vickies with swords. Naturally with large breasts. Think thats the only way to go from here...

I am working on a futuristic NVIATWASP pic,(naked vicky in a temple with a smart-pipe). I'm not sure, but it might just violate the TOS.;-)

Atomic_Anvil ( ) posted Sat, 10 April 2004 at 10:49 PM

How about a nude vicky on a chrome dolphin jumping over a chrome ball suspended over a clear lake. ;) Dave

Hey good idea Dave! It will probably make the Hot 20,lol.

Done the cityscape, done the NEIATWAS (Hey drawbridgep,I don't have a Vicky either, I do however have an Eve!), haven't done a chess set though! LOL at Rochr, I look forward to your NVITWAS!

Pass no temptation lightly by, for one never knows when it may pass again!

I actually have a folder on my harddrive named NVIATWAS with a part done image lurking in there :) may get round to finishing it one day. BTW Congrats to Rochr for getting AOM

Yeah, congrats Rochr. Bit of a landslide, but I think Brycers got the bulk of the votes between them.
