THE PLACE FOR ALL THINGS BRYCE - GOT A PROBLEM? YOU'VE COME TO THE RIGHT PLACE

Subject: An apology...

I want to apologies to everyone for entering last months challenage then disappearing without a trace. I got distracted. This was my new year's resolution "do not get distracted and finish a bloody project" and also "finish all current projects". well resultion 2 was ditched mid-january and the first one was never really taken seriously by my brain's committee. i was out voted. i am currently appealing the decision. SEE ITS HAPPENING AGAIN!!!!!! I was trying to tell you WHY i was distracted. there are several reasons: 1. i discovered www.bash.org - very funny site, you should try it. its like crack except cheaper. 2. i discovered Internet Relay Chat - for the "bryce shutins" and normal people this isn't like internet chat rooms (ie: Yahoo! Chat). it is actually fun and less likely to be full of 12year old americans from texas and the dodgy old men trying to pick up said 12 year olds. it is WAAAAAAAAAY more addictive than crack and about 50x more dangerous healthwise. 3. i entered an online compotion to win US$100 for designing a website. i lost, i got distracted... 4. easter weekend i got a life (a rental!). i actually breathed something called fresh air. this is bad for you, its full of germs and there are people who try to kill you out there (you would have thought roads would be the best place for drunks to sleep, apparently the local constabulary disagree with me).... my life has gone back to the shop. 5. i bought a DVD drive for the PC in my room - my bedroom floor is actually rather comfy. 6. i was forced at gunpoint (well, by eviction threat) by my mother to tidy my room - it took over 4 days. to compensate everyone i will make the cryo bed thingie (complete with textures and 4 line instruction manual) from my entry to last months challenage available as a freebie on this very forum by 10pm (GMT) this friday. if i fail you may proceed to pelt me with millions of windows XP cds. smoke me a kipper i'll be back for breakfast! salutes John

Oh John, you're very kind, but I don't know one person on this forum who 'isn't' distracted all the time, I am, I'm supposed to be doing textures for my store models and here I am on the forum stirring up trouble....=)

OK .... so let me get this straight .... bash.org takes quotes from various IRC dialogs for posting?? Some of those are hilarious! Then again, there are some that make me hope those involved in the discussion get counseling.

Could be worse, could be raining.

it is rather good isn't it? www.rathergood.com - look out for the dancing kittens doing the elbow/destiny's child cover.
