OK...I want to do a neighborhood..houses on both sides with a street in the middle....How in the world do I get my houses to be level & not appear to be going up hill. I have the focal set to 36mm & the camera is placed even with the ground. This is driving me insane & bald as well :). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Excuse the "preview" render mode & the rudimentary start..just want to show what my problem is. Thanks - Debby

Does this help at all? My guess would be that your objects are smaller than the camera, as it appears that the height of the camera lens is not to scale with models, so even though the camera is on the ground the objects are below the line of sight of the camera.

Just a summary: level out the camera (make it parrallel with the ground). Then drop the camera down as nanotyrannus has done. Also, note the sample's widescreen picture aspect.

Ah, i see....My previous advice was refering to a different problem :) I totaly agree with the replies above. It seems that the cale of the houses is very small, making it difficult to control the camera placement. Why not scale the houses x10 or even x50? Would make things much easier for you :)

Thanks guys..Will give a whirl this evening....I already do have the camera at ground level. My next ? would be, as I've already tried to make the houses bigger, then I can only fit in about 3 houses on each side....but I guess that's plenty anyway.... Back to the drawing board & will widen the lens even further & see what happens... Thanks as always - Debby
