Subject: making an obj into a posable character??

Any help on where to find a tutorial for making an Obj.file into a posable character would be greatly appreciated.I can't afford zygotes eagle right now so I found a mesh and want to try and make it posable.Is it possible or a waste of time.my poser manuel isn't helping too much ghostboat:(

I wanted info on this too but when I downloaded the tutorial winzip declared it not valid. Any advice.

Maybe try downloading it again? I don't think Scott uses Winzip to make his archives. If I'm remembering correctly he uses "Zip It".

I use cute zip. But that shouldn't make any difference. they all do the same thing. I'm very happy to say that I'm now using a cable modem! And the first thing I did was move my tutorial to my faster more reliable fortune city server. So I'd try downloading it from my web page at www.pixelatious.com. ScottA

Downloaded it at work - told the boss it was research - it worked fine this time. Scott, the link in your post generated a message saying you can't link to files from another server.
