Subject: vampyre character in free stuff

Jen ( ) posted Mon, 02 October 2000 at 1:23 PM ยท edited Mon, 29 July 2024 at 5:55 AM

I have tried to download this from free stuff but I get no where. it takes me to a page that tells me to click here to continue to download and when I do that it does nothing. Is anyone else having trouble? I would really like to get that character. If someone has been able to download it could you please email it to me? Thank you

Attached Link: http://thor.prohosting.com/~vision3d/files/vampyre.zip

The link works for me in Netscape (once you click the link on the freeprohosting page).

Hi Jeff, I am using ie 5 and when I click on the link on the freprohosting page it takes me to the same page and does not start the download of the file. This is the first time something like this has happened. I have tried everything to get the thing to download and it just wont. I dont have netscape installed anymore as it caused so many problems for me.

It must be some sort of bug in IE5. IE5 also gives alot of problems with online ordering from e-commerce sites. Maybe it's time to try Netscape 4.7x one more time? -JH.

thanks anyway Jeff but I dont want to install netscape again. I went thru 10 formats from H*** trying to use it. I love netscape but I hate formats to get my computer to work properly.

sometimes you have to drag the link into the browser upper address window, depending on the host...dont know if this helps but oh well...
