Subject: simple rounded shapes

Is there an easy way to make rounded edges on a cube and/or cylinder? I want to do away with the 90 degree angles, creating a smooth rounded transition between sides. TIA. Pat

Other than playing around with a latice in the terrain editor, none that I can think of. You could always get Amorphium for $50--I did. BILDER

There's some primitives somewhere on one of the side links that has downloadable rounded cubes , cylinders and cones. Maybe another shape too but I can't recall maybe someone else can.

Check out the BryceWorks website for the rounded primitives you are looking for.

You can dowload Strata 3d for free. It's got limited features, being a come-on for Strata 3D Pro, but it's got some decent modeling features. The manual is downloadable, too, though you can buy it from them. http://www.strata.com.
