i have trouble to confirm clothing from poser 5 clothes to vicky3...i doesnt fit to it..not even with the "easy conformer" from 3d.commune how can i fit that? 2. everytime i click on "download" in the freestuff, my pc copy the files into my temporary folder...but after complete it, it says the files are not readable... where can you change the settings so that your pc is asking you, where do you wanna save the files at, when you click "download"???? thx RR

Not entirely sure what's going on. When you're conforming clothes, you have to use the same clothing as the character. Poser 5 figure clothes will not conform on Victoria 3. Only V3 designed clothing will conform to V3. With you download problems, create a new folder for Poser. Save the file instead of having it install immediately. Make sure that the file completes downloading (reaches 100%). Unfortunately, a lot of browsers will report that a file completed downloading even though it stopped short of doing so. An incomplete download won't work. Most files should download complete without any trouble. A few come from sites that have lousy throughput and won't let the file completely download without a lot of retries.

I think what is wrong with the downloads is that winzip opens them instead of just downloading them? If that is the case then here's how to fix it: Go to My Computer, and in the meny just left of Help (dunno the english name) you chose the last one, probably called Setting or something. Go to the tab that says Filetypes and at the bottom of that list you'll find winzip. Select that, click the Advanced button and check the little box names "Confirm opening" or something like that (again I'm not sure of the english terms)

You just can't put the words "Poserites" and "happy" in the same sentence - didn't you know that? LaurieA

Allow me... :-) In Windows Explorer, go to Tools -> Folder Options Select the File Types tab ...wait for ages... ...wait some more... Find the ZIP entry Click on 'Advanced' Check the box 'Confirm open after download' This is for XP, but the process is similar for all Windowses.

Yes, it was; but since you were unsure of the English menu headings I thought I'd expand on your message. The credit is all yours. :P
