Argh! It's Priscilla, Queen of the Desert! One thing I will say... few ladies put blush directly on bare skin like that. Any woman using that much makeup has already laid down foundation and shaders long before she gets to the glitter and mascara. Do you have an extra-long eyelash prop? Carolly

The eyes remind me of the latest from Japan. This is Ganguro V 2.0, also called Manba.... Tammy Faye looks downright austere compared to this!
