This image was taken yesterday with my Nikon 8700. I downloaded this image onto my computer, opened it into paintshop and resized it to 640 x 480. Nothing else!

Misha, I don't think I could improve upon this image with post work. I generally don't do any to my images anyway, but do know that every shot I take isn't print worthy either. (I do lots of deleting!) I might get one in 10 that I like enough to print and well, the other nine get deleted unless it is something rare that I absolutely can't shoot again, then and only then would I try to salvage it. But do know that normally I will shoot an image ten times too! I know my attitude towards post work is kind of scary, I've gotten some grief about that too! but I have always done my work that way at least until I started scanning slides. The slides that I scanned always had these little pinholes and dust and it drove me nuts to postwork them, (even though they were easy fixes) I came to an understanding with myself that the pinholes and dust were from the scan and that I shouldn't feel guilty about fixing them. Thank you all for your wonderful comments! I do miss posting here very much, it's great to be here! Brenda :)
