im new at this view 4 how do u make bends n turning curves like on a river or highway and like the yellow or wite lines also

This is usually done thru terrain placement...or digging out a curve on your terrain thru the terrain editor. You would add a water plane & then place your terrains as you see fit to make a river. Hope this helps a bit :)
