does somebody knew, if the Frankenstein Character (for Michael 1) from Daz3D works with Michael 3?

No, it doesn't work. M1 and M3 are completely different models.

The texture can be converted with the Universal Texture Convertor but the Morphs are just not compatible or transferable.

There's a pretty Frankenteinism morph as part of Michael3's Head Morphs pack, though, so, if you have that, you're already on your way... No neckbolts or good scars if you're trying to make a Boris Karloff one.

M3 has a good Frankenstein morph, and I remember a M3 character in the marketplace before.. I think it was called Prometheus... with apparent different body parts stiched together... but can't seem to find it now... As an addition... There is a morphing utility in the marketplace now that will transfer head morphs from M3 to V3... so you could actually have the Monster... and his Bride.. in one fell swoop... if interested in the Utility, you can do a search for MMogul and you will find it.
