that example - Character and texture from FULL METAL by ilona. ilona, would have painted it on the texture map. The quick and dirty way is to find the file used for the head texture, (Render, Materials, select head, that tells you the file name). Open the texture in your favorite paint program and paint on the tat. Save, change texture in Poser, and ta-da! Someone should be along shortly to point you to a really god tutitorial on applying tattoos.

For something like that you COULD use the mask-thing Daz made with a proper texture/transmap.

I did a search for flash art tattoo artwork on the web and looked for royalty free images, downloaded them then got rid of backgrounds and such in PS7, then apply them to the img map tex file for the pic. also making some of my own flash using PS7 hope that helps
