Wow that mekAngel is a blast very good work there Bushi. Do you got a Tutorial on how to make Wings lika that or a tutorial to make all of the Props to the mekAngel couse it would be a blast to learn how. I'm not that good on makeing stuff but on my way Great Work Bushi! DE

Thank you very much for your kind comments. The look of the wings themselves was inspired from a picture I saw on a Japanese CG. Building the parts wasn't terribly difficult and most of the assembly was done directly in Poser. The feathers are all the same .obj file that was placed in a prop library and loaded multiple times. I built a couple of MTs to shape them. There was a LOT of keyboard work to get the parts set up and named correctly. I used the same usemtl statement for each feather so the same texture, trans and bump map is applied to each one. BTW the feathers are just flat thin planes that get the rounded shape from the trans map. Most of the work went into making the maps. By the time I was finished I had over 300MBs of test maps. I'm still working on a version for Vicky. I've had some health problems over the last couple of months that put the brakes on my projects. Things seem to be getting better now so I hope to be able to start working on stuff again soon.
