Hi, everyone. How do I make a colection where the .obj object files can be detected? I can import them directly, but If I could import them by colections it would be better. any idea? ;)

Maybe i don't understand completely. what you mean with "collection". What i do normally with objects i want to use more than once is, import them into Vue and save the object then in Vue format. Several positive aspects for doing it like that. First of all, you have a preview then. Second it is very easy to organize in folders (and groups) therefore. AND, you can have the additional information about creator for credits there as well. Third, using the objects is much faster then, loading of Vue native format is a lot faster. Hope that helps a little. Walther

What I mean by collection is when you press the "New" button in the objects dialog and choose a file named objects.prv. Then, Vue creates a collection. By the way, thanks for the idea. I think it will help. ;)

Vue can only create collections out of objects that are .vob format, which is why wabe suggested saving them out as .vob objects once you've imported them. Hope this helps.

another plus for .vob format is your mesh isn't editable ;)
