Apologies if this has already been posted. Serge is designing a new historical series of Poser 5 dynamic clothes for Michael 3 that will begin today with "...the Schwertzbrüder (Ensiferi, or Swordbearers) of Livonia, founded in 1197, to propagate the Faith in the Baltic Provinces. They entered the Teutonic Order in 1238. Their possessions, acquired by conquest, formed a principality under Charles V (1525).To end, thay were converted into the hereditary Duchy of Courland under the suzerainty of the kings of Poland (1562). Parts included : robe, frock, cape, cowl, sandals and a dynamic monk hair." His clothes are amazing, and something new from him is always worth checking out.

Note the system requirement - it's dynamic clothing.

Yes, sorry, I buried that important detail in my message. It is only for Poser 5.

Dropped by your website :) Its really agreat prop Do you think you could rig up something similar for P4 (pro pack)? There's no way I can afford P5 right now :( Thanks, Ken

It's not my website. I was just sharing the information. It appears that in my enthusiasm for Serge's work I unintentionally misled people. I apologize for that.

Heads ups are always useful when the creator is no longer active here - I just wanted to flag that it was (as much of his recent stuff) P5 specific. Please don't moderate your enthusiasm :)

There wont be a P4 conforming version of these clothes. The sleeves would be very difficult to do in p4.

Bummer! Got a question though. What would this prop do in P4? where are the differances?

xantor ( ) posted Fri, 21 May 2004 at 9:29 AM

In poser 4 it could only be a prop, with the dynamic clothes in poser 5 the sleeves etc can be made to move like real cloth but in poser 4 that is not so easy to do.

It looks wonderful .. too bad it is for P5 only but I understand ... It would have been so useful
