Pleasanton, CA, June 1, 2004 After several years of a solid brokering partnership, Dendras and DTG Studios have completed a deal which will transfer ownership of all Dendras products, the Dendras logo and the dendras.com domain name to DTG Studios, effective immediately.

This deal was initiated because the creator of Dendras products is moving on to other ventures outside the Poser community and his incredibly popular products were scheduled to be shelved. DTG Studios plans to continue offering the current Dendras line, plus in the future will offer previously unreleased products that were also acquired.

All of the current line of over 150 products will be offered by DTG Studios under the Dendras brand in the online store at renderotica.com, the worlds most popular 3d erotic art site. This includes BDSM props and models as well as dungeon and architectural construction sets, including the revolutionary Modern Interiors Construction Set (MICS). MICS is first Poser room and furniture system to translate real-world architectural scale to Poser people scale. Non-adult Dendras products will also be offered at animotions.com, where comic, anime and video game fans gather to create their own adventures in Poser and other 3d programs.

Diane Griffith, owner of DTG Studios, commented, We are extremely pleased to be able to continue offering the Dendras products. These have always been very popular and some of the finest products in the Poser community. It would have been a shame to see them go away. Ive always had great respect for Dendras as a creator, and wish he was not leaving the community. But he has other plans that will not leave him time for creating and selling Poser products.
