Very nice. I like the fire effect. How did you get that?

with a lot of layers, a lot of doing and twice as much undoing :o/ lol need to practice/refine my flames more.. they still turn out looking a bit 'rough' however.. basically ur making use of layers, text, gaussian blur, the wind effect and the liquify tool.. along with hue/colourise..and layer modes to shape and blend the flames.. the reflection is simply a copy of the flamed text using scale and perspective with a small amount of gaussian blur.. and the 'renderosity' has been started off the same as the flames but with no wind or liquify etc and a gradient applied should start making notes as i go.. coz a lot of the time i end up with sommin that looks ok.. and whilst i keep the original psd a lot of it is trial and error and im later hard pressed to remember how exactly i ended up with the end result Cheers Whimsical :o)

Great Banner!!

should start making notes as i go..

I tell myself this all the time.. But do I listen to myself?? Of course not!! I'd rather pretend there's nothing wrong with my memory..
